I hope you are all doing well. I get many similar questions and most of them can be replied by the company but people still ask me so i have gathered these questions to share here. I asked some of those questions to the company by email  and got answers from Growth boom company.

Here are some Growth Boom Pro FAQ to me :

1.  Does Growth Boom contain growth hormone ?
Company answered me :     Growth Boom products do not contain any growth hormone however it stimulates your own growth hormone

2. Does Growth boom has any side-effect ?
Personal answer :   NO.  I have not had any negative side-effect.  I have also got a overall body checked up .  All of my organs are seem to be healthy and working fine.

3. Can someone at age 16  or teen take Growth boom?
Company says that it is safe to take Growth Boom Pro at age 16

4. Did you follow any diet or exercises ?
I have shared my training program on my blog. Please check the previous posts.

5. People ask me if Growth Boom works for someone at mid 30s or 40s.
I have known people who emailed me at their age 30s and 40s took Growth Boom Pro and they still grow taller.

6.  Do you still take Growth Boom ?
No, i have reached my final height. It is even over my expectation so i do not take it anymore.

7. Did you gain permanent result ?
yes it is permanent so far. I measure my height every 15 days no shrink up to this date.

8. Can you make a review on other grow taller products ?
I would want to do but i do not want to grow taller more. I have short friends and nephews who want to try Growth Boom Pro but their budget is not enough. If 10 -20 people here finance one of my friends or nephew , we can make a review on a specific product and i will publish their results  here.

9.  Can i order from India.
Surprisingly , i get many emails from India. People from India contact me often and ask this question.  The company says that  they deliver to India.

10.  Did they give you money back guarantee ?
I asked this question before i have made my order.  Growth Boom company has never made any promise or money back claim. I have taken it on my own risk.

Pros and cons of being tall from my experience...

Hi Everybody,

I want to keep posting my blog because i get many emails everyday. If i can help and touch people's heart i will be pleased. With this article,  I want to evaluate the Pros and Cons of being tall from my experience.

I have realized that i used to run faster when i was shorter. When i was shorter i was Much more coordinate and sometimes athletic that could slip through football players in the matches. Maybe in time i will get used to it, however  i am more successful in the matches.  I am 4 kg weigh more now, which makes me feel little fat. Shirts are usually too short for me and the sleeves aren't long enough. Sometimes i wish that i had stopped taking Growth Boom when i reached 185cm.  I feel too tall sometimes.

It seems to me that i get more respect and i am looked up to. I can reach a lot of things that are up high like shelves but i will have to bend down to talk to some people shorter.  I don't want to talk about girls part since i am already engaged :) but for singles i think it is more advantageous to be taller... My fiancee says that i look much better being taller . I feel more confidence anywhere while i am walking, doing sports, interviews . I feel stronger.

There may be a question raised in the minds that if could turn the time back, would i choose to be shorter or this tall,  my answer is being taller feels wonderful.

Greetings from Canada I am finally 1.89cm i have stopped taking Growth Boom Pro.

Thank you for your emails and questions. I have not been here for 2 months because i have come  to Canada for a relative visit. It is a wonderful country. 
I have tried to reply as many as emails possible.   I am happy to say that i have reached over my dream height.  I am exactly 1 meter 89cm   approx 6ft2inc.   I have grown 19cm in total  I have left 2 unused Growth Boom Pro capsules. 1. Do you follow an exercise program or follow a diet ?

Answer :

I basically did stretching:

Standing Hamstring Stretch
Piriformis Stretch
Lunge With Spinal Twist
Triceps Stretch
Figure Four Stretch  and so on..

I did not follow a special diet but i usually eat foods which rich in protein such as meat and meat products, milk and dairy products.


2. How much did you grow ?

Answer :  I went from 170cm to 189cm

3.  What else do you recommend ?

Answer :  I have tried to drink 2-3 liters of water and sleep at least 9 hrs of deep sleep a day.  I purchased a product to relieve stress actually these are what recommended by the company.

151 Day with Growth Boom Pro Maxplus Kit ( 5 months )

Thank you for your comments and messages.  I could not reply each of you sooner because of  the engagement but i have come with another good news.  I am very close to my dream height of 187cm
Growth Boom  works great for me and the company customer service has helped me all the way.

It is my right to have some holiday because it was really busy June. It is worth  the trouble when you have results.   I have been taking Growth Boom Maxplus kit for 5 months. First time a product truly works for me. I am now 1.85cm  ( 6ft)  i have grown 15cm taller during this 5 months. I went from 170cm (5'6) to 185cm .  I need only 2 cm more. I am very happy with my result  only  thing i need to shop clothes very often since my height increased this fast.

* I had to buy some new clothes because the old ones do not fit me anymore.

* Sometimes i scraped my forehead one too many times while walking around or at home casually i need more time to get used to my new height.

* i feel  really more powerful

90 days with Growth Boom Pro

Thank you for your emails and i am sorry that i could not reply each of them because of my busy schedule with the  football season.   It has been 47 days since my last post published.
I have been using Growth Boom Pro Max Plus Kit for 90 days now.   I did not miss  a single day of taking the products.

This product is incredible. I still feel like i am in a dream. I am now 8cm taller from the day i have started taking Growth Boom Pro. Many things have changed.

I wanted to give a quick update about Growth Boom Pro . I can't express how happy i am and how i feel with my new height. It is incredible for me. I cant just still believe my eyes and i think it will take time to be accustomed to my new height. I feel like a completely different person. The product is actually working. I am 5cm taller and i have reached 175cm . I am very happy with my results. I hope the result is permanent. As you see in the photo i  am no more average  than the girls that i used to be. Growth Boom Day - 30

It has been a while since i wrote my last update , the things have been really busy these days but i wanted to  give an update with my Growth Boom Max-Plus kit  especially for people contacted me through email. I get similar questions so it is best to answer here for everyone.   It has been exactly 30 days since i have started to take Growth Boom Pro Max plus kit.  

Today i am excited to share my result because i  have fully 3 cm grown in the first month of using the product.  I have just got my height measured at pharmacy today and i knew i  am little bit taller than last i got my height measured because people already  tell me  i look taller than before and yet i have not shared my secret with all close friends. I just want to see  the confusion in their eyes more.  I am now 1.73 cm  i hope this is a permanent result .  

When i wake up in the morning i feel some funny pain in my joints these days  it is i think growing pain. It does not hurt but just  first 10 - 30 minutes after i woke up it feels  like someone pressing fingers on my joints.  Not every day but 2-3 days a week after wake up.    

I got thirsty and hungry so often  in this 30 days but i don't put on weight  maybe because i do exercise and i play football.   Btw my broken Growth Boom Pro capsule  has been received. I paid additional 500$ usd for the bottle that was fell apart on the street by cars.   

There is this product called bone builder.   i realized that after taking this product i feel much more energy in my body . In football matches people think i use dope  because i never get tired.  

The product works good so far and i am happy with the results.   I have tried several products in the past but did not work for me. I was quite hesitant to take this because its price is pretty high and i was disappointed with  the other products.  This was my last hope but again 3 cm is not enough for me i just hope to gain more height , i dont know if this will ever work more. 16th Day with Growth Boom Pro

I have started to get questions about Growth Boom Pro that's a good motivation for me so i don't feel alone with my grow taller journey .  Thank you ! Today i went to the gym and did some stretching exercises because it is said that stretching exercises quicken your results though the company told me  that there were not mandatory exercises or diet.

I basically do stretching:

I have a good and a bad news today that  i dropped one of my bottles on the street on my way to the gym and a car just drove on it. Almost all of the capsules in the bottle were  crushed  and no way to take them again. The powder inside the

capsules was fell apart on the street.  I sent an email to growth boom company  to see if i could buy a single bottle since they sell  in packs , luckily they will let me buy single bottle of growth boom capsule form.

Good news is  I am 1.5cm taller now on the 16th Day of taking Growth Boom Pro Max-Plus Kit.

Growth Boom 8th Day Update...

Hello everyone, Today is on a relatively warm weather in Belgium i wanted to share my 8th day Growth Boom Pro maxplus pack result that i have been taking for 8 days now.  Last time when i got my height measured it was 1cm taller and this has not changed yet that on the 6th day i have increased my  height 1cm taller this is so quick. I sent an email to growth boom company a guy named Ivan replied that rarely it was possible to see quick results and they expected that i would grow taller several inches more in next 3 months now but he told me that average first result was  seen in the 6th month.  I feel lucky to see results so soon. I don't know if it has anything to do with the exercises i do before i go to football matches.

I am now waiting for the bed time that i  will take the growth boom pro powder with juice and also the growth boom pro capsules at bed time.

I can't wait the days to pass by and experience the new me.

My 8th day update :

1. I am 1 cm taller now

Growth Boom Pro - 6th day update

Today is the 6th day that i have been taking Growth Boom Pro and i am more confident with the product now because i got my height measured at the drugstore that i am actually 1 cm taller with barefoot on the 6th day. I did not expect so fast result because the company told me the results should be seen in the 6th month and then it grows fast.  I am going to get my height measured again at 5 pm to see if it is because of gravity  that people are  few cm taller in the morning and shorter at night.  I am not sure. Only thing i m sure that i feel more hungry and full of energy that was said also normal while  the product works.  I am going to update my progress every few days now.  

I hope to share my results with another user to compare the progress.  This is really my last chance of growing taller.  

5pm update :  i am actually 1 cm taller now. It measures 171 cm .  I am not sure if the height chart is accurate or if it is because of some other reason but i want to believe this is from Growth Boom Pro.  I have still a lot of capsules and tablets to go.   Hopefully this time i am on the right product.   

Growth-Boom-Pro 2nd day Am i growing taller ?

Well , it is my second day of having taken Growth BoomPro today.  I feel much more energy in my body and I did not get tired today's football match at all. I think it is Growth Boom Pro that gives that much energy because i have never felt like this before. I will be measuring my height every month though the company has told me that  the growth happens in the 6th month and then speeds.  I am confident for now. I hope this stuff will not disappoint me in the end.  Let's see together...

I want to explain about Growth Boom directions that in the morning i take one tablet the pro tablet on an empty stomach ( it is one of the bottles with green cap) There is also capsule form of this stuff . It has also the green cap and same size of the bottle as the tablet form.  I take the capsule form at bedtime after one hr eating.

There is a product named Growth Boom Pro Bone Builder : I take this tablet once in the morning  with the pro tablet and one in the evening with the pro capsule

There is also a bottle of Growth Boom Pro Effervescent Tablet that is dissolved in a glass of water and it is taken once every 2 days.

The last one is in a pot that comes in powder form.   I take it with 1/2 tablespoon with a glass of water and drink just before i go to bed. 

Ok guys it is all for now. There is not much to tell on the 2nd day. I need more time to watch the progress but i really can't wait for it...

My Growth Boom Pro Results 1st Month
