DeleteI'm 26, female btw. For me, I can say that it works but needs consistency and patience (I eat healthy diet and regular exercise coz I also watch my weight strictly). I t'm taking the Basic Kit since April 9 before I was 160 cm and 3 weeks ago, I measured my height as my medical requirement for my driver's license and I was surprised unexpectedly that I was already 162 cm. Hope I'll grow at least 172 cm coz that's my height goal. Will update again if if I see some increase again....
And bubblegum do you measure at the same time? Just making sure there's no morning height factors in there as we're slightly taller in the morning

Deleteyou are lucky to see the results so fast . I have been taking the basic kittoo and It has been 6 months. I have started to see some change in the 6th month only ( 4cm) hopefully gain 9cm in total until the end of 8 months.

DeleteDo you exercise regularly and eat healthy? And may I know your age? Coz our metabolism body depends. 4 cm is not bad than nothing. Just keep it up and you'll see results day by day.
I ordered Maxplus Kit btw to accelerate my height increase further coz I think Basic Kit will took long to wait for significant height increase and furthermore, most people that I've read who grew several inches (despite of their age) used Maxplus Kit because that is the most potent formula. That's why I'll try it
