Hi, It's been almost 4 months since I started using Growth Boom Pro again. I've gained solid 3cm in body height for now, but I expect faster results starting from the 6th month. My daily diet is mostly protein based and I continue stretching exercises that work the whole body. As of today, I am 192cm and only 3cm left to reach my goal.
Aren’t you worry you might grow too tall to like 7 ft.
