I want to share my point of view about growing taller :

One of the most common misconceptions related to height is the fact that this is dependent on genetic
predispositions. This is not at all true. One can significantly increase his or hers height but natural means. You shouldn’t resign with an unhappy life. The fact that you are a short person can change. You don’t have to get discouraged because due to your height you will be unable to have a partner or you will be rejected at a job interview. When you are a person that is considered “not so tall” your level of self-esteem is very low. This will have a negative impact on your entire life. There is no point to live in misery when a solution to your problem exists. I am a walking testimony of Growth Boom Pro and it has truly changed my life.

I get many emails that people ask me if my height is the same or if i shrank any body height.  My answer is  i did not shrink.  I am stil tall and i do not do anything special to maintain my gained height with Growth Boom Pro.

I get emails about the Vertex height tablets and the new Kissinger Formula. These products are

Regardless of what you have been told it is indeed possible to get taller after puberty, this is  my own experience. So many individuals these days think that once they hit adulthood it is impossible to increase your height, and that simply is not the truth. 

Helpful tips to maximize your height while you take Growth Boom Pro :

Exercise

Exercising a minimum of 10-20 minutes a day is a great way to start off this process and I'll tell you why. Exercising stimulates several things throughout the body, including adrenaline, nerve acidity and nitric oxide. These chemicals then stimulate the production of growth hormones which obviously effect your height. So what types of exercises should you be doing?

Bar Hanging: Bar hanging is one of my favorites because anybody can do this. All you have to do is find a horizontal bar either at home or at the gym, hang on tight and let gravity do most of the work for you. It is important when doing this to let yourself really strecth don't try and hold yourself back let your body really go. This process works best if you devote a few minutes each day for hanging. Of course you are not going to be able to hold on forever so just do a few reps of it every night.

You are probably asking yourself how in the world does this work?

Well let me explain.

Let's first start off with an example so you understand a little better. Have you ever broken a bone before? Well, whether you have or not this is in laments terms what happens. The body will sense the break and start to repair it almost immediately by creating new bone tissue that basically acts to fill in the gaps where the break occurred. Now obviously this does not happen over night, but over a period of time this is what is occurring.

Well it is sort of the same thing when stretching but not done in the same way. When you stretch you are pulling on the skeletal structure of you body creating tiny (harmless) fractures at the end of the bones. Then the same process follows, the tissue will begin to repair those small fractures (harmless) at the ends of the bone and the bone will hence grows. Sound simple enough...well it is, but ery few people know this.

Upside down hanging: Upside down hanging is just what it sounds like. You simply put your feet in a harness and let yourself freely hang upside down. This is easier then the bar hang which means you can do it longer possible meaning better and faster results. The same concept works for this type of stretch as well.

 Diet   

Diet along with exercise and stretching can be a real kicker and have you achieving your goals at a much faster rate while you take Growth Boom Pro.

What to avoid:

  • Fatty Foods
  • Carbohydratess
  • Soft Drinks
  • Caffeine
  • Junk Food

All of these foods above can cause your growth hormones to stop working as well as they would if you were on a well balanced diet.

So make sure along with the exercises I mentioned above to also be wathcing what you eat.

 
Sleep

Sleep is also exremely important. The reason for this is that the growth hormone that is generated from the pituatary gland reasches its max ablut an hour or two after you fall asleep. So getting the recommended hours of sleep everyday believe it or not is vital to increasing your heright.
